Rufus Thomas, CEO of Clean & Shine is specialized in vehicle detailing, striving to provide top notch service for all who visit us. Not only does he train his employees how to detail, but how to run a business as well. To Rufus, his employees and customers are the most important thing, and he always makes sure that everyone is taken care of. Everyone who works with his company are offered 401K, Health Care, and Dental Coverage!

In 2005, Mr Thomas relocated to Orange Park, FL with close to nothing to explore new opportunities.  As a determined and driven individual he worked multiple jobs to provide for his growing family. In 2008 Mr. Thomas began vehicle detailing. He became very knowledgeable and skilled in detailing which led to the opening of his first detail shop in March of 2013. With so much success, in September of 2014, Mr. Thomas opened his second detailing and supply shop. Mr. Thomas is not only licensed in mobile detailing but also in carpet cleaning and restorative drying. He is skilled in multiple trades as he also is a certified emergency flood extraction technician as well as being skilled in construction, and plumbing. Mr. Thomas is very particular and strives to perfect everything he does which is why he is a great entrepreneur, father and friend. Mr. Thomas has a pure heart of gold that sees the good in all people. He is a man of integrity with an enormous amount of faith and strength that gets him through a lot. Mr. Thomas is an active and present father. He makes it his priority not only to provide for his children but install Christ, leadership and responsibility in then as well. Mr Thomas also takes time to mentor troubled youth placing them on a path to success. Since the beginning of his mentoring, he has successfully helped over 17 young men change their lives and become successful policemen, military personnel, etc. Mr.  Thomas believes in installing the qualities of hard work, determination, responsibility, and self worth in what he refers to as the “up and coming generation”. Mr. Rufus Thomas is an honest Christian man. He is respectful, responsible and accountable. His one-of-a-kind spirit is genuine, truthful and loyal. His intentions are pure and he strives to make a difference in this world everyday.
